Darlene Carter is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Carter Consulting
Services. With over 20 years of experience in clinical systems implementation and
modernization, she provides strategic direction for enterprise deployment, digital
transformation, and large-scale healthcare technology programs.

Her leadership is grounded in hands-on execution across full lifecycle implementations,
including workflow design, system build, training, and go-live mobilization. She develops
structured, repeatable approaches to implementation, equips teams to use systems
effectively, and ensures deployments are coordinated across multiple sites with clear
accountability and measurable results.

Darlene brings the operational discipline to move initiatives from planning into
sustained, real-world use. She is also the founder of the Moss Point Visionary Circle, a
501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing community development, education, workforce pathways,
and heritage preservation. A Stanford University graduate, she is committed to building
systems that deliver lasting impact.
