At Carter Consulting Services, founded in 2007, our mission is to transform healthcare through innovative Information Technology solutions. We are dedicated to the full life cycle of the implementation, with a commitment to provide exceptional system build, end-user training, and Go-live support services.

CCS IT came from humble beginnings. From golive support in 2013 for one of the largest installs in Epic Systems history; to credentialed trainer with the National Catholic Healthcare Initiative; to Instructional Designer for a major healthcare system in the Northeast; to build analyst for one of the largest healthcare systems in the Southeast.  CCS IT has paid their dues!
 

Our consultants are exceptional Epic Systems specialists, with over 50 years of collective industry experience. As seasoned professionals, we have established track records of success in healthcare system implementations.  Our consultants hold Epic certifications across all modules and have the capability to credential our trainers internally.  As part of the CCS IT onboarding process, our team participates in "Each-One-Teach-One," a signature training program led by Epic-certified Principal Trainers ensuring that knowledge and expertise are passed on within our organization.
